Grounded in 20+ years of working at the point where vision meets commercial reality, and one consistent observation: the developers who get the position right before anything else is decided consistently outperform the ones who don't.

I founded Projects of Place after more than a decade working across property development and project brand strategy in Melbourne and Sydney. I moved to London in 2013, where I worked across large-scale masterplans, regeneration projects, the early years of BTR, and a new tier of luxury residential development. I relocated to Lisbon in 2018, where I continue to work across international markets.

My practice is built on the belief that it is the strategic positioning and the articulation of the vision that set the project up for success. That work happens collaboratively at C-suite level, aligning developer vision and market opportunity. Clients describe that strategic clarity as good judgment and rely on me as vision guardian from that point forward, directing the project team and all strategic decisions arising throughout development in service of the vision.
